Schedule: Full-time, split shiftWednesdays 6am-2:30pm and Thursdays-Saturdays 1:30pm-MidnightWage: $25/hrSUMMARY OVERVIEWThe Aircraft Supply Supervisor oversees the daily activity of a specific area and/or team, working closely with the Service Hub Manager. The Aircraft Supply Supervisor will comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the OSHA Act of 1970, which are applicable to his own actions and conduct.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Service Hub Manager in supervising daily operations
  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Supervise cabin prep team to ensure operational excellence and quality customer service
  • Educate and enforce best practices, company policies, and service standards
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly audits aligned by the Service Hub Manager
  • Maintain and adjust to PAR levels of stock to ensure zero outages
  • Maintain the company assets to ensure they are compliant with state mandates, and maintenance is completed
  • Maintain and ensure all training for the team is compliant and kept up to date
  • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, and work assignments
  • Perform quality and safety inspections to promote a clean, safe work environment
  • Generate any operational reports for management, as needed/requested
  • Brings their "A" game every day with energy and enthusiasm, respect for their team, and the highest regard for safety
  • May be assigned other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONS
    • 18 years of age or older
    • Eligible to work in the United States
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Demonstrated minimum of 1 year of operations experience
    • Intermediate/Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
    • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
    • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
    • Pass a background check and drug screen
    • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal - as applicable)

      • Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)The pay rate listed on this post is what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
