Collaborating with our office and marketing teams, you'll actively engage with local dental practices to broaden our referral network, ensuring that our clinics consistently exceed new patient goals. Our goal is to empower employees to deliver excellent patient care and build strong relationships with referring dentists.Required Qualifications: Partner with surgeons to build marketing plans and achieve growth goals.Develop awareness of new surgeons, services, and referral opportunities.Educate and build positive relationships with dentists and practice staff.Design and manage quarterly engagement campaigns and local events.Assist in selecting educational methods for Continuing Education courses.Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports to management.Exhibit strong communication, time management, and self-motivation skills.
