EMPLOYEMENT TYPE: Contract-To-Hire

JOB SITE: Tukwila, WA

PAY RATE RANGE: $26-38/HR

SHIFT: Swing Swift, (M-F 3:30pm - 12 am) OR Weekend Day (F-Sun 5am - 5:30pm)

EXTENSION/CONVERSION: Yes

BENEFITS: Medical insurance, 401K, sick leave, and EAP.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Machinist to join our team!

- Set up, operate, and disassemble machine tools

- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files

- Align, secure, and adjust cutting tools and workpieces

- Monitor machine speed and feed

- Turn, mill, drill, shape, and grind parts

- Ensure products meet specifications

- Maintain and repair equipment

- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure quality

- Develop and implement machining techniques to reduce costs

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years Machinist experience

- Understanding of CAD/CAM Files

- Understanding of various metals and how to work with them

*Not a Machine Operator Role, looking for a true Machinist.
