Job Description:

Banner Bank is seeking a dedicated Banker to provide exceptional service to clients, process transactions accurately, and assist in achieving financial goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Product Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to sell bank products and services to clients, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in meeting customer needs.Requirements:
  • 3 or more months of job-related experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
  • Previous Teller experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, basic math skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with excellent customer service skills.What We Offer:
