You will be responsible for working with the leadership team to form a clear plan to achieve our goals, driving that plan forward with urgency, and helping improve our overall project management and resource allocation processes. In partnership with the Technology Services Leader of Strategy & Planning, and looking across all of the programs and projects the team is working on, you will implement and develop the frameworks and processes needed to run the organization. You will need to have a passion for embracing the fast-paced culture of a smaller company while also putting the right guardrails in place to allow the team to deliver.What You Will Be Doing:

• Strategic IT Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead large-scale IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, applications, and security to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
    • Team Development and Management:
      • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
      • Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, including senior IT managers and directors.
      • Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate IT strategies and initiatives.
      • Prepare and present business plans, budgets, and technology proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
      • Policy and Governance:
        • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
        • Oversee IT governance and risk management efforts to safeguard company assets and data.What You Should Have:
          • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
          • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing complex IT operations and projects.
          • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and stakeholders.
          • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, security, and emerging technologies.
          • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
          • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple IT functions and projects simultaneously.
          • A track record of implementing innovative technology solutions to drive business success.Preferred Qualifications:
            • Compliance and Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices in data privacy, security, and disaster recovery.
            • Experience in Regulated Environments: Experience working in regulated industries, such as government contracting, healthcare, or finance, is advantageous.
            • Vendor and Budget Management: Proven ability to evaluate and select vendors, manage vendor relationships, and develop and manage technical operations budgets.US Salary Range: $190,000- $240,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
