This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the integrity and reliability of Truveta's data, enabling our customers to make informed decisions based on high-quality insights. You will leverage your expertise in data exploration, analysis, and validation to drive impactful studies and provide strategic recommendations that enhance research outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Truveta Data, its characteristics, and its applications in clinical research.
  • Enablement and Validation Strategy: Design, plan, and execute comprehensive data enablement and validation studies, prioritizing efforts based on stakeholder input and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical informatics, data quality engineering, and other teams to align efforts, share insights, and improve Truveta Data.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Create detailed, customer-facing reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations for research studies utilizing Truveta Data.
  • Code Development: Write high-quality, reproducible analysis code in SQL, R, Python, and Spark, and share it with internal teams and customers for educational purposes.
  • Communication: Present findings to internal product and engineering teams to inform data quality improvements and long-term strategic initiatives.Required Qualifications:
    • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
    • Technical Skills: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, including proficiency in SQL, Spark, R, and/or Python.
    • Collaboration Experience: Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating complex findings to diverse audiences.
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and delivering high-quality results.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Healthcare Data: Experience with large scale healthcare data.
      • Statistical Expertise: Experience with statistical programming and methodologies.
      • Teaching Experience: Background in teaching coding and data analysis techniques.
