Program Manager, Product Data Governance * Hybrid,

team:Product Data Governance is a key pillar of the Integrated
Go-to-Market Transformation team. Our current ad-hoc data
management practices are holding lululemon back with manual data
activities, low data quality, and lack of data needed for complex
analytics.The Program Manager, Product Data Governance will work to
establish an enterprise-wide Product Data Governance Council as
part of the Enterprise Product Data Modernization program. This
includes defining the org structure, roles & responsibilities, data
governance framework, and policies.Once established, the Program
Manager will work with the Product Data Governance team and the
Product Data Governance Council to create and operate a functional
data governance body with processes that maximize efficiency for
teams creating and using product data while minimizing confusion,
rework, and silos of product data. This includes setting and
prioritizing cross-functional and technical roadmaps to ensure that
product data changes flow through the enterprise.A day in the life:
what you'll do:
- Manage complex work activities across large, cross-functional
teams for product data governance, including the Product Data
Governance Council and product data initiatives led by other
teams.
- Maintain the enterprise roadmap and backlog for product data
programs and programs that require product data input.
- Collaborate with senior and functional stakeholders to define
and enforce product data ownership, data quality, and stewardship
across the enterprise for Enterprise Product Critical Data Elements
and processes to add or update.
- Facilitate senior executives through enterprise product data
governance decisions including process mapping, roles and
responsibilities, and contributing to deliverables and
documentation to ensure data quality and integrity objectives are
achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the value chain
involved in product data initiatives - including functional
business teams, technology, reporting and analytics, technical
product management, change management, communications,
learning/training, etc. to plan and deliver against product data
governance objectives on-time and on-budget.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data management or governance,
engineering, or related discipline.
- PMP, PgMP or other similar certification is an asset.
- 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, implementing
large-scale operating model transformation programs related to data
(or equivalent experience).
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker
extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, process mapping, and root
cause identification skills.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written/visual,
presentation, and verbal.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job - has a 'growth'
mindset.
- Ability to influence and partner with others - a strong team
player.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
and at different levels within the organization.
- Experience working for a management consulting firm would be
considered an asset.
- Experience with master data and data governance processes is an
asset.
- Experience in the Apparel industry is an asset.Must haves:

this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon's compensation
offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that
recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical
hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 USD
annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may
vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent
