Manager, Growth Marketing FinanceFinance plays a key role in the
success of Expedia Group across both Corporate and Business
functions. Our Finance team supports Marketing Performance Search
Leaders, Consumer Brands Finance Support, including partnership
with Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo business leaders, as well as B2B
Finance Support for teams such as Product & Technology, and
Supply.We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the
Expedia Group Finance Team. In this role you will provide financial
management support partnering with SEM & SEO Channel Leaders as
well as other leaders throughout EG. You will be a catalyst in
influencing the strategic decisions across the business. We will
nurture your collaborative approach and will welcome your way of

the business and happiness of our travelers!In this role you
will:
- Develop, coach and maintain a high performing team
- Provide analytical support to Marketing & Brand Senior Leaders
on a project and ad hoc basis
- Influence decision-making to ensure business partners meet the
financial objectives of the Marketing organization
- Develop financial updates to Senior Leadership
- Partner across finance & analytics stakeholders to understand
business drivers
- Lead a variety of projects to act faster! Simplify and automate
processes
- Contribute to broader team & cross functional deliverables
- Increase rigor in marketing and financial processes to further
enable transparency and accountability of marketing spend
- Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
for teams supported
- Develop deep understanding of marketing channel economics, KPIs
and cross channel dynamicsExperience and qualifications:
- 8+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility
and management experience
- Career examples of leading impactful projects and/or company
initiatives
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity, ownership, and a focus on
continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working closely
with senior management
- Advanced analytics, modeling, forecasting, and presentation
skills
- Able to lead and influence decisions across various internal
functions
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment
- Experience with finance systems like Hyperion & Oracle is a
plusThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is
$155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the
potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top
of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained
performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based
on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an
individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be
