people.about this teamAs a Technology Manager, Digital Experiences,
you'll play a critical role in developing and optimizing our web
platforms to empower experience teams across the organization. With
a focus on ensuring a high-performance, scalable platform, you will
collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee the
implementation of best practices, tooling, and standards that
enable rapid, consistent delivery of exceptional front-end
experiences.a day in the lifeEach day, you will work with your team
of engineers and collaborate with product managers, design leads,
and developers to support a robust front-end platform. You'll focus
on integrating new features and technical improvements, ensuring
alignment with larger goals, including scalability, responsiveness,
and performance standards. By enhancing platform capabilities, you
will provide experience teams the tools and guidance needed to
create seamless, engaging, and customer-centric online
experiences.Platform Development & Optimization
- Develop and maintain a scalable, modular front-end platform to
streamline experience development across teams.
- Oversee performance tuning and optimization, implementing
techniques such as lazy loading, caching strategies, and module
federation to improve speed and efficiency.Collaboration with
Experience Teams
- Partner with experience teams to understand platform needs and
continuously identify opportunities to enhance front-end
architecture and development workflows.
- Enable cross-functional alignment with product and UX teams to
ensure platform capabilities support evolving digital
experiences.Technical Strategy & Standards Enforcement
- Ensure all platform components adhere to front-end coding
standards, security protocols, accessibility requirements, and
responsive design best practices.
- Drive strategic decisions on tooling, frameworks, and libraries
that will enable rapid development and scalability.Metrics &
Reporting
- Establish and monitor platform-related KPIs, such as build
speed, performance, error rates, and reliability, to guide
continuous improvement and inform leadership.
- Provide visibility on platform health and usage metrics to
directors and senior leaders to support informed
decision-making.Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of front-end engineers focused
on platform improvements, ensuring skill development aligns with
both team and organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative culture that values innovation,
accountability, and continuous learning.qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or
related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in front-end development, with at least 3 years in a
management or technical leadership role.
- Experienced in front-end architecture, with a deep
understanding of component-driven development and modular
frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and best practices,
including responsive design, minification, and image optimization
techniques.
- Knowledge of headless CMS, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and
integration with content management platforms.
- Proven track record of improving front-end platforms and
supporting large-scale web applications.
- Ability to balance technical depth with a strategic
perspective, leading a team to deliver both near-term improvements
and long-term vision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to
manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.must haves

packagelululemon's compensation offerings are rooted in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $145,700-$191,200 annually; the base pay offered
is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our
