Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced banking environment
  
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  
• Act as a financial advisor, assisting clients in achieving their financial goals and making informed decisions about their financial services
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  
• Sell and promote Bank products and services to clients, both in-person and via telephone conversations
  
  
  Requirements
  
  
  • 
    
  • 3 or more months of job-related experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales
    
  • Previous Teller experience preferred
    
  • Strong organizational skills and basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem-solving
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proper phone and email etiquette
    
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with excellent customer service skills
