Essential Duties and Responsabilities Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy development. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Set up and maintain cost controls, monitoring expenses and improving cost efficiency across departments. Collaborate with various teams to provide financial insights and support operational decisions. Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Maintain and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools. Manage New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) compliance requirements. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing or food production. CPA certification is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. Employment Type: Full Time
