A company is looking for a Remote Mid-Balance Collector to join

Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
Negotiate payment in full or secure payment arrangements
Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve
disputes
Required Qualifications:
Prior collections experience is a must
Ability to multi-task effectively
Aptitude for technology
Skilled in negotiations
Time management and interpersonal skills
