Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Sales Operations (Salesforce and Sales Tools) to join our Sales Operations & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for the design, build and maintenance of Advertising Sales Direct Sold B2B tools, primarily Salesforce and prospecting vendor tools, to help our sales teams achieve their revenue goals. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including T-Ads and Direct Sales Leadership, Client Services, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to understand their needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions that improve the seller experience and drive operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for crafting and managing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that measure the efficiency and impact of seller tools and go-to-market motions.

  • Lead all aspects of the strategic mentorship, thought leadership and end-to-end delivery of seller tools projects, from ideation to launch roll-out and beyond.
    • Own the long-term vision and roadmap for the implementation and change management of T-Ads Digital Ads Sales Process workflows for the Direct Sales and Sales Support teams (Account Management, Product Marketing, etc.).
      • Supervise and report on the performance, adoption, and impact of seller tools, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
        • Ensure clear communication and teamwork among internal stakeholders and external partners, such as Salesforce developers, vendors, and contractors.
          • Build and manage analytics, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that measure the efficiency and impact of seller tools.
            • Establish and maintain best practices for program management, such as project planning, scoping, prioritization, risk management, communication, and documentation.
              • Ensure ongoing support for programs, tools and processes post-launch. Specific ongoing support functions may remain with Senior Program Manager. Education:
                • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field (Preferred)
                • PMP and/or Salesforce Admin Certification (Preferred)Work Experience:
                  • 4-7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related field, in a Digital Advertising or Media Sales focused Revenue Operations or Sales Operations environment.
                    • Expertise in Salesforce and other seller tools, such as Winmo, Outreach, and affiliated tools like CPQ, billing, order management, etc.
                      • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, tools and integrations; Salesforce Admin Certification a plus.
                        • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple levels and functions to deliver sophisticated projects on time.
                          • Ability to think strategically and analytically, and to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
                            • Experience working across Product and Engineering teams with clear communication in translating business needs, managing and prioritizing sprints, and consistently grooming backlog.
                              • Experience in crafting and managing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs using various tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.
                                • Thrive in a multifaceted, start-up atmosphere, with the ability to flex across various tasks to support business needs.
                                  • Ensure ongoing support for programs, tools and processes post-launch. Specific ongoing support functions may remain with Senior Program Manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
