Description This position repairs and services dialogistic
imaging equipment in the hospital This is a combined posting for an
Associate Imaging Technician, Biomedical Imaging Technician, and
Senior Biomedical Imaging Technician. The requirements of each role
are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for

people, we must empower them. Associate Imaging Technician: Under
the direction of the imaging technician and / or senior imaging
technician, provides repairs, scheduled maintenance, and
calibration on diagnostic imaging equipment and ancillary equipment
used within the imaging environment. Services imaging equipment in
assigned geography which may include but not limited to the
following modalities: conventional x-ray, R&F, mammography,
ultrasound, CR, Portables, C-Arms. Biomedical Imaging Technician:
Provides repairs, scheduled maintenance, and calibration on
diagnostic imaging equipment and ancillary equipment used within
the imaging environment. Services imaging equipment in assigned
geography which may include but not limited to the following
modalities: CR, Portables, C-Arms, conventional X-Ray, R&F,
tomography, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, Cath labs, nuclear
medicine or linear accelerators Senior Biomedical Imaging
Technician: Provides repairs, scheduled maintenance, and
calibration on diagnostic imaging equipment and ancillary equipment
used within the imaging environment. Services imaging equipment in
assigned geography which may include but not limited to the
following modalities: CR, Portables, C-Arms, conventional X-Ray,
R&F, tomography, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, Cath labs,
nuclear medicine or linear accelerators. Provides a high level of
technical support and training to clinical departments in areas of
expertise. Associate Biomedical Technician Required
Qualifications:
- One of the following:
- Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology
--or--
- Coursework/Training - Electronics Technology, Military or
Technical Training --or--
- Equivalent educ/experience
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and
requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide
proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy
for additional information Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in repair of biomedical equipment or
equivalent field Biomedical Technician Required Qualifications:
- One of the following:
- Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology
--or--
- Coursework/Training - Electronics Technology, Military or
Technical Training --or--
- Equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: If position requires driving, a valid driver's
license and proof of insurance per company policy will be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Radiological Service Engineer
Or
- 5 years experience in repair of biomedical equipment or
equivalent field Senior Biomedical Technician Required
Qualifications:
- One of the following:
- Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology
--or--
- Coursework/Training - Electronics Technology, Military or
Technical Training --or--
- Equivalent educ/experience
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role and caregivers
will be expected to comply with all state laws upon hire. (You may
be asked to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance. See
