Class A CDL Trainer for Amazon Freight Partner Compensation:$26.00-30.00 per hour + benefits Location: Tractor yard is located in Sumner, WA. Regional route covering Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Job Description: As a part-time Trainer at Wagner and Company Logistics, LLC, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional performance and safety. If you enjoy coaching drivers to be their best with a positive mindset and strong leadership skills, we invite you to join our team. Responsibilities: You will provide follow-up training by riding along for a full regional block shift. 13.5 hours on duty, 10 hour reset in the sleeper cab, then 13.5 hours on duty. Total 27 Hours. Shift start times vary, as early as 12:30am and stagger throughout the day until 9:30pm. You must be flexible to work a variety of start times and days throughout the week.   • Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of two years CDL driving experience plus winter driving.

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
