HOME INSTEAD is seeking an experienced Home Care SALES Consultant in Seattle.Are you great at sales?Do you have a passion for seniors?Do you enjoy building relationships and making a difference?Home Instead, a provider of non-medical home care for aging adults, has a full-time position for a Home Care Sales Consultant that is capable of ensuring achievement of revenue objectives for an assigned territory. The Home Care Sales Consultant will outline client needs and make recommendations of appropriate Home Instead services and additional community resources if needed. This individual will also be responsible for creating, maintaining, and nurturing existing referral accounts and following up as necessary.We are looking for a high energy, results-focused candidate who is committed to the growth of our organization. This individual must be a self-starter, have a proven record of success in sales, and possess excellent relationship management skills. Sales experience in the senior care or healthcare industry desired.Additional Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess persistence and determination in follow-up
• Have a creative, entrepreneurial mindset
• Must have a WA State Driver's License, auto insurance, and a clean driving recordStarting Wage: $26 - $30 per hour plus commission.Benefits:
