Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Analyst III responsible for
implementing and supporting the ServiceNow ITOM solution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy ServiceNow AIOPS for enhanced monitoring and
automated resolution
Collaborate with engineers and operations to ensure successful ITOM
implementation
Create documentation of integration processes and resolve
integration issues for high availability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical
field
3+ years of relevant experience in technology or related fields
Experience with ServiceNow orchestration, AIOPS, and automation
platforms
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or
Solarwinds
Experience with ServiceNow development, including workflows and
process automation
