Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Land Consultant to work
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain additional contact information for landowners and prioritize
work as directed by the Development Manager
Engage with landowners to discuss and facilitate the execution of
land agreements related to solar, wind, or energy storage
projects
Secure necessary real estate documentation and provide information
for drafting executable land agreements
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong knowledge of land agreements and associated technology
Experience in securing real estate documentation such as title
commitments and deeds
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project team
members
Experience with public hearings and landowner relationship
management is a plus
