Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant I to
support employee relations matters for core leaders and
caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for employee relations issues and provide
assistance to leaders and caregivers
Conduct employee and labor relations research, identify trends, and
develop policies
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and
effective record keeping
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar
role
2 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor
relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a
concierge-style environment
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
(preferred)
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire
(preferred)
