Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Support CTO and organization in providing financial and analytical leadership. Partner with the senior leaders, and provide support and recommendations through financial planning, reporting and analysis to meet corporate goals and objectives. Initiate analysis designed to improve operating performance and effectively and persuasively communicate analysis and recommendations to all levels of management. Requires significant accuracy and attention to detail as well as creative problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Sr. Business leaders to meet corporate objectives

Identify, track and analyze key metrics that impact the business

Anticipate future consequences and trends accurately and the ability to articulate to management

Drive the planning, execution and measuring of corporate initiatives

Prepare and present P&L analysis for major initiatives

Develop and main train budgeting framework & tools

Special projects as assigned

Be aware of, understand the reasoning, and comply with all corporate policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's in finance, business or accounting

3+ years business experience in finance/accounting
