Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Logistics and Supply Chain
Specialist to provide support for customers and business partners
in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and
ensuring satisfaction
Manage order processing, changes, and communication to meet
delivery dates
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order flow issues and
expedite orders as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service and logistics
Proficiency in order management systems, preferably SAP
Knowledge of supply chain processes and practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in handling transportation and delivery issues
