Supply Chain Technology team enables Lululemon's supply chain from
raw materials to finished good production through innovative
technology solutions. Our purpose is to empower the organization to
drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision that includes
optimized sourcing & manufacturing processes, cultivating a
responsible supply chain while ensuring a superior product quality.

for seasoned technology leader to support technology teams within
USCT. In this influential role you will closely collaborate with
business and product partners to shape and deliver team's roadmap
and technology vision . You will be responsible for ensuring the
success of your team and proactively identify the most high-value
deliverables and keep the team focused on meeting quality
standards. You are a leader who is comfortable managing team
members with various skillsets and can communicate expectations
clearly to all team members. You operate as an owner and are an
advocate for your people who understands we are stronger as a team
than as an individual. A day in the life:
- Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and
analysts through empathy and people-centric approach
- Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working
closely product and other partner teams.
- Ensure team's deliverables meet the security, quality and
engineering maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and
engineering
- Ensure that team is delivering as per the planned timelines by
helping remove any blockers
- Manage the resource and delivery plan s for the team as per
allocated budget .
- Represent the team in front of the stakeholders in forums like
OpsCo
- Set OKRs and development goals for the team
- Ensur e the right skills are being used to solve the right
problems by supporting the team with coaching, skills development,
and career path leadership
- Being a role model and lead awareness and training for your
team in our IDEA program - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with
at least 10 years of information technology experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in directly leading and
developing technology delivery teams
- Experience delivering projects in Retail, Product Development,
Sourcing and Supply Chain business domain
- Experience working and leading in a DevOps operating model
utilizing Cloud infrastructure
- Experience in implementing engineering solutions using Java,
Angular, Python or similar programming languages/frameworks
- Experience in implementing automated code delivery pipelines
using test automation and security scanning
- Experience in implementing real time data integrations using
technologies like Kafka and rest API
- Experience in implementing data reports and visualizations
using platforms like Snowflake and Power BI
- Experience in conducting discovery and implementation of
enterprise scale technology solutions (including SaaS) for complex
business workflows
- Strong track record of managing external vendors and service

Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in
a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $145,700- $200,300 annually; the base pay offered
is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our
total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be
eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to
