• Ph.D. in CS or related fields.
• Quality publications in LLM Reasoning and Planning (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc).
• Expert in PyTorch/Python programming.
• Experience with large-scale model training/tuning.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in tool use, agentic LLMs, RAG.
  • Experience with processing multiple modalities (i.e., audio/vision) with Foundational Models.
  • Experience with efficient inference, HW/SW co-design, performance optimization.
  • Experience with Jax programming.
  • Understanding ML accelerations and architectures.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
