Due to the locations of our clients, we are currently only
considering candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area,
Seattle, and Denver.Please note, this is not a pure sales role. The
focus is on client growth, strategy, and relationship management,
rather than direct sales activities.Salary $190,000 -

looking forWe're seeking an experienced, results-driven senior
leader with a proven track record in driving client growth and
managing large portfolios. You thrive in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment and have deep expertise in B2B marketing
strategies. As a leader, you excel at coaching and mentoring teams,
fostering a growth-oriented mindset, and delivering exceptional
client outcomes. You are proactive, adaptable, and able to manage
both strategic and tactical aspects of client relationships and
internal team dynamics. This role requires a strong focus on
developing actionable growth strategies while maintaining
high-level client relationships and optimizing internal
collaboration.What you will doIn this role, you will be a key
leader in driving growth and success for your portfolio, as well as
supporting the overall strategic direction of TMP. Your focus will
be on developing and implementing actionable growth strategies
while maintaining strong client relationships and optimizing
internal collaboration. You'll have the chance to make a
significant impact on both client success and the wider
business.Client Portfolio Growth & Strategic Leadership
- Lead a portfolio of high-value US-based global client accounts,
driving organic growth and identifying new business opportunities,
with revenue targets ranging from $4M to $8M.
- Collaborate with your Client Success Lead to design and execute
comprehensive growth plans, aligning them with client objectives to
drive both short- and long-term success.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients,
ensuring TMP's services continuously meet their evolving business
needs and deliver measurable growth.Cross-Regional Collaboration &
Internal Team Leadership
- Work closely with growth leads and regional teams to share
insights, align strategies, and ensure consistent execution across
global accounts, fostering effective collaboration across multiple
regions.
- Take full ownership of high-level client relationships,
managing expectations and ensuring that TMP's services are
strategically aligned with client objectives.
- Coach and mentor internal teams, ensuring alignment with client
needs, leading through challenges, and providing guidance during
client delivery. Support teams in their personal and professional
growth to drive overall success.Service Development & Client
Advocacy
- Lead the integration of new services or regional capabilities
into client strategies, ensuring they are effectively communicated,
adopted, and contributing to clients' continued success.
- Regularly assess emerging client needs and opportunities,
proactively introducing new services to enhance client satisfaction
and growth.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring TMP is viewed as
integral to their long-term business success.Business Development &
Strategic Insights
- Leverage your network and industry experience to drive new
business opportunities, securing referrals and expanding TMP's
client base.
- Collaborate with business development teams to support new
pitches, drawing on your expertise and insights to help secure new
business and expand TMP's presence.
- Share strategic insights with internal teams to enhance TMP's
service offerings and align growth strategies across the
organization.Client Success & Delivery Management
- Manage the client delivery process, ensuring smooth execution
and timely delivery of projects that align with client
expectations.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess
account performance, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure
alignment with client objectives.
- Champion client success by identifying and solving problems,
addressing challenges, and recommending solutions that elevate
results.What you will needIn this role, you will leverage your
experience in growing portfolios and managing complex client
relationships to drive TMP's strategic growth. You will work with
internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure TMP
remains a leader in B2B marketing and that the accounts you manage
are set up for long-term success.
- Proven experience managing global client portfolios, with a
focus on driving revenue growth and building strong client
relationships, especially within the tech sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and
mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative
environment that drives growth.
- A strong client-centric mindset, with the ability to develop
and implement strategies that align with client business
objectives, delivering measurable results.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the ability
to adapt those strategies to meet diverse client needs across
multiple regions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, integrating new
service offerings into client strategies, and ensuring seamless
project execution.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to challenges, with the ability
to influence and drive change in dynamic market conditions.Success
in this role is driven by:
