This pivotal position ensures seamless operations during games and events, maintaining an exemplary standard of cleanliness and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct day-to-day staffing operations, ensuring compliance with both client requirements and company standards.
• Strategic Staffing: Develop robust staffing plans that guarantee full coverage for all events, with contingency measures for unexpected staff shortages.
• Waste Management: Implement innovative waste management strategies to enhance sustainability efforts at the stadium.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate effectively with stadium management and external partners to align on event-specific requirements.
• Manage daily operations and ensure staffing levels meet or exceed client requirements for each event at the stadium.Role Specific Tasks:
• Provide stadium management and security with shift rosters at least 24 hours before shift start time to ensure seamless coordination.
• Oversee the accurate clocking in and out of staff members, maintaining strict adherence to scheduled times.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members, ensuring a high retention rate and operational readiness.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on staff attendance, performance, and operational issues, submitting them to supervisory personnel as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and staff performance through training and development initiatives.What We're Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience in facilities management, ideally in stadiums or large venues.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations and lead a large team.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work flexibly, adapting to evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
