amazingly talented Senior / Lead Inspector to join our team! In
this role you will get to work on a recently awarded Rail and
Transit Construction Management project that will last 4 years in
the Pacific Northwest area.What You'll Be Doing:
- Track Non-Conformance Reports.
- Will be responsible for Daily and other Reports.
- Will manage the other inspection staff on the project.
- Ensure that the field staff is completely covering
activities.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- An experienced professional, with a minimum of ten (10) years'
experience including 2-3+ years' experience in working on large
construction projects in railroad yard operating environments.
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline or construction
related field. High school diploma and equivalent work experience
in lieu of degree.
- Understand Contractor Field Operations, understand and be able
to coordinate Inspections with responsible AHJ.
- Understand basic field Safety Operating Environments.
- Understand and be able to apply QA/QC plans and be able to
issue.
- MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.What Desired Skills You'll
Bring:
- Amtrak experience preferable.
- NICET qualified inspector with experience as a Safety
coordinator.
- Good Oral and Written communication abilities.
- Have a basic understanding of the Appliable Building
Codes.
- Ability to read and understand CPM Schedules.
- ProCore, Bluebeam experience preferred.Minimum Clearance
