Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead
and innovate within a global sales enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales enablement teams and subject matter experts
to create engaging training content
Produce and package video content into learning modules and create
instructional materials
Define best practices for learning management systems and track
project progress towards team goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Adult Education/Learning,
Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in instructional design or video production,
preferably in a software company
Experience with multimedia authoring tools such as Camtasia and
Articulate Storyline
Experience as an administrator of learning management systems or
sales enablement platforms
Knowledge of streaming audio and video, e-learning development, and
technical writing
