Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Research
Scientist to lead foundational ML/AI efforts in the mental health
support space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of ML/NLP pipelines for
analyzing conversational data
Evaluate model performance and mitigate bias while ensuring
reproducibility of research methods
Communicate research findings and insights to both technical and
non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in computational social science, natural
language processing, or related fields
Theoretical and practical understanding of ML/AI/NLP models for
structured and unstructured data
Experience with programming languages for data manipulation and ML
workflows, including Python and SQL
Extensive hands-on experience with various NLP techniques such as
text classification and sentiment analysis
Ability to write clean, modular code maintained with version
control tools
