Key Responsibilities
Provide phone and email support for Enterprise Financials/Payroll
products
Utilize Salesforce Service Console to log and document customer
cases
Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve customer reported
issues
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree
APA CPP Certification
Understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance
requirements
Familiarity with payroll and time tracking applications
Knowledge of the senior living healthcare industry
