• Produces quality breads, pastries, mixes, and doughs
• Ability to follow directions and procedures.
• Meets outlined production standard goals.
• Understands uses and safety protocols of all equipment on production floor.
• Communicates critical information clearly and in a timely manner.Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the bakery production industry.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Work Schedule Flexibility - Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand English
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts regularly
