Responsibilities Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) -

shift Substance Use Disorder Professional for ourInpatient Team in
Kirkland. What Role Will You Play? SUDPs at Fairfax in Kirkland are
part of an interdisciplinary treatment team charged with providing
quality SUD services to our patients from admission to discharge.
SUDPs are empowered to assess their patients' needs, to collaborate
with patients to create treatment plans, to meet with patients
regularly as they move through their journey of recovery, to
contribute to treatment planning, and to work with our patients'
