Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to oversee and develop learning content for technical training curricula.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality oversight and coaching on instructional design deliverables
Lead the design and development of major instructional design modules and programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related field; master's degree preferred
5-7+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
Experience in designing technical learning solutions
Strong background in various training design approaches
Expert proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and advanced knowledge of learning development tools
