Rebate Processing Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Rebate Processing and Quality Control Lead to supervise processing and quality control staff for rebate programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage team of Rebate Processing Specialists and assign daily tasks
Review applications for compliance and investigate inconsistencies or fraud
Analyze program data to identify trends and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Five years of experience managing rebate or incentive programs
Ability to exercise impartiality and objectivity in case file reviews
Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
