Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join
their team in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify, code, and enter purchase orders and invoices into the
accounting system
Ensure timely vendor payments and collaborate with vendors to
resolve inquiries
Assist with 1099 filings and vendor management, and help improve
A/P workflow procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2+ years of relevant accounts payable or accounting experience
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(GAAP)
Experience with Business Central accounting system preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools
