Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Engagement Supervisor
responsible for managing a remote team of Member Engagement
Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach team members to achieve performance goals
Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide constructive
feedback
Analyze team performance data to identify trends and areas for
improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of call center supervisor experience or a combination of
supervisory and hands-on call center experience
1+ years of leadership experience with direct reports
1+ years managing a remote workforce or 2 years in
direct-to-consumer sales
High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
