• Hold an active BLS, RDMS, RDCS, or RVT and WA License.

  • A hospital in Washington is looking for an experienced Ultrasound Tech for a travel contract.
  • Right candidate will have 2 full years of experience.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have GOOD OB experience.
    • Be willing to work independently.
    • Average of 15 exams a day.
      • Schedule Information
      • Evening shift. Monday - Friday 3p-11p
      • Call rotation every 3rd weekend required.
      • Holiday call rotation required.
      • Every 3rd weekend for call. Weekend call starts Friday night at 2300 and goes until Monday at 0700.

        • How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 2 ultrasound rooms
          • Additional Details
          • BLS, RDMS;Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.
          • General Certification Requirements: BLS
          • Certs/ARDMS: ARDMS
          • Will have to float/cover any other areas: ED, inpatient and family birthing
          • Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: ED, OB, inpatient. We don't do Vascular here.. This facility does a lot of US OB exams, General US exams: Abdominal, Thyroids, renals, etc.
          • EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) they use: EPIC, Mckesson (PACS)
          • Department Specific Equipment: Phillips
          • Radiologist in-house? On site 3 days a week, telemedicine Radiologist after hours and when not on-site.
          • Scrub Color/Dress Code: Are scrubs provided? Any professional colored scrubs
          • Department specific orientation approx: 1-2 weeks of orientation approx depending on experience.
