Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Specialist to facilitate
training on their products to customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Instructor-Led Training classes and adapt them to
customer needs
Conduct group training sessions for multiple organizations and
present public webinars
Answer customer questions and ensure training sessions run on
schedule
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in nonprofit fundraising or
related fields
Knowledge of one or more Bonterra products from both user and
administrator perspectives
Comfort with public speaking and managing virtual classrooms
Ability to learn new systems independently through
self-exploration
