Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Associate/Juris Doctorate to
manage strategic sourcing contracts in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements for supplies and
services
Collaborate with legal teams to develop and enforce contractual
policies
Maintain relationships with vendors and track compliance with
contractual terms
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate with prior litigation, ADR, or transactional
negotiation experience
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in corporate and healthcare
matters
Experience in third-party transactional contracting
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Supply
Chain Management preferred
Experience in supply chain contract negotiation preferred
