Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer support through various channels
including tickets, chat, and phone
Manage incoming support requests and troubleshoot issues
effectively
Enhance FAQ and training materials based on customer feedback and
common issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of customer service or related experience
Self-motivated and proactive team player
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Experience with Zendesk and staffing or tech companies
preferred
