Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner with extensive
experience in processing title exams in the State of
Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine title documents to determine matters affecting property and
issue preliminary commitments
Review legal descriptions and surveys for accuracy and identify any
potential issues
Provide internal training for Residential and Commercial Title
Examiners
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of residential and commercial title
experience
Comprehensive knowledge of land records and title insurance
regulations
Ability to interpret complex federal and state rules applicable to
the title insurance industry
Proficient in property record related sites and basic computer
skills
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate sound
judgment
