Job Description:
Remitly, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer to gather and analyze
requirements. Design, code, and test APIs, data storage solutions,
and integration with third-party services. Identify and fix issues
or bugs. Work with the team to quickly resolve problems and
maintain system stability. Deliver features and projects on time.
Actively participate in team meetings, discussing progress,
challenges, and potential solutions with other team members and
stakeholders. Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest
backend technologies, tools, and best practices, refining skills.
Receive guidance and mentorship from more senior engineers.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field and 2
years of experience with software design, development, version
control, testing, implementation, and debugging. Experience must
include 1 year of experience with each of the following: delivering
high-quality, high-readability, and scalable software solutions;
writing comprehensive test suites with optimal coverage; HTTP
protocols, Git, JSON, Rest APIs, Postgres, SQL, and unit testing
suits; and React, Javascript, and Java. Telecommuting is available
from anywhere in the US with manager's approval.
Job Location: Seattle, WA
Rate of Pay: $110,635.00 - $135,000.00 per year
