Analytics team supervises the platform and data management
capabilities that enable analytics, data engineering and data
science across the company. We are constantly innovating in the
ways we are automating and accelerating the creation of products
using innovative software and hardware technologies. We use the
latest AWS technologies, big data approaches, and ML to build
distributed, highly available systems to achieve our goals.We are
seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III - AI/ML to join our
Machine Learning team. This role requires an individual with a deep
understanding of software development, machine learning and a broad
range of technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be
hands-on and ready to dive in.We are looking for someone to apply

our mission and vision is required!What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the development of AI and machine learning projects,
ensuring robust and scalable solutions and deployment.
- Develop and implement strategies for seamless deployment of
machine learning models into production environments.
- Build and maintain the infrastructure required for efficient
data processing, model training, and inference at scale.
- Set up and manage monitoring systems to ensure the performance,
reliability, and scalability of AI/ML models in production.
- Automate the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, including
data collection, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and
monitoring.
- Ensure that AI/ML systems comply with security standards and
best practices, addressing data privacy and protection
concerns.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization
of AI and ML models to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate tools and
frameworks for model training, deployment, and monitoring (e.g.,
MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow Extended).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes,
configurations, and performance metrics of developed AI/ML
models.
- Foster a culture of continual improvement by staying updated
with the latest advancements in AIML and implementing best
practices.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to address and
mitigate issues with deployed models promptly.
- Plan and implement strategies for scaling AI/ML models to
handle increased demand and larger datasets.
- Provide production support for ML applications as
neededQualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with
a significant focus on AI/ML development and CI/CD best
practices
- Good experience with AI and machine learning tools and
frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and best
practices.
- Experience with serverless computing frameworks and
technologies.
- Good knowledge of software architecture patterns and
principles
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks, Flink,
Spark and Kafka
- Familiarity with software development in agile and scrum
environments.
- Experience with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL
(e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Databricks).
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to
detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear
documentation and cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to innovate and adapt to rapidly changing technologies
and environment
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional
relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident
(current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as
a refugee or granted asylum. Desired:
- Experience in building sophisticated machine learning
systems
- Knowledge of professional software development methodologies
for the full software creation process, including coding standards,
code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing,
and operations.
- Experience partnering with users, other technical teams, and
senior management to collect requirements, describe software
product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
- Experience influencing machine learning standard methodologies
within your team.
- Full stack experience ranging from front-end user interfaces
through to back-end systems and all points in between.Compensation
Range for:WA applicants is $148,014.00-$207,218.55Other site ranges
