Your ImpactAs a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will play a
crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment, working
closely with cross-functional teams, including product management,
operations, and other engineering teams. You will act as a liaison
between these teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment
between technical initiatives and business goals. Additionally, you
will advise the VP on technical matters and strategic direction,
providing expert guidance on technology decisions.You will also be
a center of excellence, promoting a culture of quality, customer
obsession, and simplicity. With deep technical expertise in cloud
architecture, distributed systems, and data storage solutions, you
will stay current with industry trends to bring cutting-edge
solutions to the organization. This role offers an exciting

- Set and edit technical direction directly in programs and
indirectly in reviews, communications, and documentation.
- Provide architectural guidance to technical leaders.
- Facilitate technology lifecycle and strategy roadmap.
- Evaluate/review and improve existing systems and
procedures.
- Advise the VP on technical matters and strategic direction.What

architecture for a large scale, cloud-based product with high
availability, low latency, and high reliability.

architecture and designs.

location where you work.The Pay: Axon is a total compensation
company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and
stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD
198,400 in the lowest geographic market and USD 297,600 in the
highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon
many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable
skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and
