you'll do Manage the engineering and operations of strategic
initiatives such as SFS International, OMS platform, OMNI
initiatives including Estimated Delivery Date, Pick Pack and Ship,
Buy Online Pick up at Store, Curbside pickup. Responsible for
managing work on the global platform working across departments
including Retail, International, Data Center, Supply Chain. Serves
as single engineering point of contact for commerce and transaction
peak volume processing of global ecommerce orders supporting a
$3.5B ecommerce business. Accountable for managing key strategic
high spend vendors such as Blue Yonder ($6M) and IBM ($2M), and
multiple resourcing vendors as we expand our sourcing and
fulfillment capabilities. Responsible for driving the engineering
and cyber security practices, aligned with lululemon strategy,
across all transactions teams. Responsible for engineering quality
for all systems, operations and availability of all systems which
covers critical function of processing all digital orders. Create a
technology roadmap for OMS and OMNI systems. In control of hiring,
transfer, release of engineering resources including both FTE and
contractors. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week within
same geographic location as assigned office location. Up to 50%
domestic travel required. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30
p.m. qualifications Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus (10) ten
years of experience (of which 5 must be progressive,
post-baccalaureate experience) working in technology. Of the
required experience, must have 6 years of experience running
engineering using IBM Sterling, including at least 2 years with
Sterling's fulfillment, payments, shipping and routing modules. Of
the required experience, must have 6 years of Java API services
experience in the order management space. Of the required
experience, must have 5 years of experience in Order Management
Domain. Of the required experience, must have 3 years in each of
the following (which may be gained concurrently): --- Driving order
management engineering; --- In a supervisory role managing direct
reports. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of
experience with AWS, including EC2, EKS and RDS. Of the required
experience must have 1 year of experience leading large engineering
teams in a global technology group, with a minimum of 6 employees
and $5 million in budgetary responsibilities. Of the required
experience, must have conducted 1 full end to end Sterling
implementation, including installation and deployment. must haves

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be
performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per

this role. compensation and benefits package lululemon's
compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance
philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team
performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$251,576.00 - $271,576.00 annually; the base pay offered is based
on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge,
skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total
