Job Description:
Looking for a Customer Service Representative with call center
experience for a very established company!
This individual will be responsible for taking inbound calls and
making outbound calls, in addition to reviewing documentation for
customers.
Must be comfortable on the phones and have some experience with
taking escalated calls.
