employees!The Sr Manager, AI & Value Creation Strategy, leads a
team of strategic business managers accountable for the success of
T-Mobile Business Group's AI-powered products, platforms, and
experiences and develops value creation use cases to be driven
manually and through AI realization.
This role facilitates collaboration and communication among
stakeholders to gain cross-functional alignment and develop an
executable business strategy. This people manager oversees
resources performing detailed analysis, identifying trends and
defining fields of opportunity for the line of business/function.
The Sr Manager, AI & VC Strategy, effectively communicates
complicated data, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise
manner to senior leadership. The Sr Manager, AI & VC Strategy
encourages their team to partner cross-functionally at all levels
to drive strategy adoption and execution. This role uses a
data-driven approach when collaborating across teams to influence
change and shape business growth and identify opportunities within
operations to drive value creation opportunities.Position
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to influence and design strategic vision
around AI-powered business functions and value creation programs.
Selects, manages, and evaluates a team of AI & VC business managers
that perform detailed analyses, translate analyses into meaningful
insights, and make recommendations to drive business decisions.
Provides mentoring, coaching, and career development for team
members. Helps to define use cases for new technology and ensures
they ladder up to LRP delivery.
- Nurtures and maintains key internal partnerships. Encourages
team members to partner across teams to develop a comprehensive
understanding of critical business needs, identifies key issues,
and structures problem-solving approaches accordingly. Fosters
collaboration and communication cross-functionally to help their
team build buy-in and influence strategic vision. Builds programs
in support of marketing, sales, care and digital to identify and
drive Value Creation opportunities.
- Mentors and advises team members on best practices. Creates
opportunities for team members to build their knowledge and skills.
Fosters a growth mindset. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of
strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer
drivers.
- Oversees the creation and delivery of executive-level
presentations. Directs team members in crafting a strategic story
out of the numbers to present complex analytical findings in a
clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by
business management as needed.---Education
- Bachelor's Degree-Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics
or related field required
- Master's/Advanced Degree-MBA - Finance, Strategy, Economics
preferredWork Experience
- 7-10 years Strategy and Problem Solving. Experience in framing
complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business
decisions, and providing data-driven recommendations.

- 7-10 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in
developing financial models and performing financial and operating
analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data.

- 4-7 years Project management. Experience managing projects
independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, and
creating roadmaps and project plans. (required)
- 2-4 years Managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct
reporting relationships in analytics, strategy, or project
management organization.
- Management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking
experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strategy-Ability to frame problems, use strategic frameworks,

- Business Acumen-Business Model: Knowledge and understanding of
business models, pricing strategies, and channel management.

Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a
successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual
pay will be based on various factors, such as work location,
qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will
vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular,
non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic
sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate
employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or
individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the
employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions
in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on
