T-Mobile has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Counsel
role to work in the Government Affairs Department in our Bellevue,
Washington office.What you'll do in your role.
- Participate in state regulatory proceedings relevant to
T-Mobile's interests, with a particular focus on matters before
state Public Utilities Commissions
- Evaluate proposed regulatory, legislative and/or policy changes
and develop materials to support advocacy efforts in various
forums
- Build and develop relationships with state regulators and
organizations to represent T-Mobile's interests and positions
- Advise business clients on the impact of proposed policy or
regulatory changes on T-Mobile
- Collaborate with Government Affairs colleagues, Legal team
members and internal teams on various telecommunications and/or
industry issues
- Deliver easy-to-understand written and oral advice in a timely
matter

and Education
- A U.S. law degree and admission to at least one state bar
required.
- 7+ years as a practicing attorney with relevant government,
in-house or law firm experience
- Demonstrated prior experience with telecommunications law and
policy, in particular FCC/State Public Utilities Commission
experience preferred* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized
to work in the United StatesBase Pay Range: $123,200 -
$222,200Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the
general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The
successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors,
such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the
actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile,
employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an
annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their
role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus
based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at
a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses
