Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter focused on sales or
engineering hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and
specialized positions
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates
through proactive sourcing
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to optimize hiring
processes
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in sales or
engineering roles
Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with sourcing and assessing candidates using various
tools
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
Strong experience collaborating with hiring managers to define role
requirements
