Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Program Manager to
oversee and enhance global compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage annual compensation review processes, including merit and
bonus programs
Utilize Workday for compensation data management and market
benchmarking
Analyze market trends and develop compensation strategies aligned
with company values
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compensation management or a related
field
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field
Proven experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday
Familiarity with Radford compensation benchmark surveys or similar
data sources
Demonstrated experience in broad-based and executive compensation
practices
