Job Description:

Join Model Restaurant Group as Sous Chef at Greenwood American Bistro.

**Job Responsibilities:**

Support Executive culinary team in kitchen operations.
Assist in menu development, food preparation, and execution.
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily tasks.
Maintain health and safety standards.
Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.

**Qualifications:*
- 4 years of culinary experience with previous sous chef role.
- Knowledge of Toast POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management platforms.
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
